RECOMMENDATION: Determine if the project design complies with the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation and provide direction to staff.

RECOMMENDATION: Approval, subject to conditions

3. BRIDGEWAY PARKLET / 621-633 BRIDGEWAY (CDD 13-117)

DESCRIPTION: Conversion of approximately 105 linear feet of public parking spaces within the public right-of-way on the west side of Bridgeway into a Parklet with dining tables fronting the existing restaurants and delicatessen at 621, 625, 629 and 633 Bridgeway (APNs 065-132-01, 02, and 03).
RECOMMENDATION: Provide staff with comments and recommendations

If you challenge a decision of the Historic Landmarks Board in court you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the hearing or on appeal to the City Council.
