New FEMA Issued Flood Zone Maps

NEW FEMA ISSUED FLOOD ZONE MAPS

The latest FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) became effective on May 4, 2009.

The draft Sausalito FIRM can be viewed at the Community Development counter at City Hall or you can access the FEMA maps via FEMA's website link below:

Some properties were eligible for lower flood insurance rates if the coverage was in place before the new FIRM became effective. Contact your insurance agent or check the FAQ page at the National Flood Insurance Program if you have questions about insurance:
