Through generous donations by the Sausalito Library Foundation and the Sausalito Art Festival, the library offers a variety of workshops on laptop computers.  Instructors are sponsored by the Friends of the Sausalito Library

Computer Classes
with Instructor Patty Hoyt

1st Wednesdays, 7:00-8:30 PM, Edgewater Room
Prerequisites: Comfortable working on a computer and navigating with a mouse or touchpad.  Class size is limited so sign-up is required. You may call (415) 289-4121 or stop by the library to make your reservation.

Note: No shows will relegated to the waiting list for the next class.  Be considerate of others and let us know if you need to cancel!

Learn the basics of the social networking website, Twitter. Find out how to set up an account, find people to follow and integrate Twitter into your daily routine at work, at home or on your mobile device.

December 1st, Holiday Letters with Microsoft Word
It is that time of year when we sit down to write the holiday letter. This year why not learn how to add some photos, colors and designs to your document? We will use Microsoft Word tools to insert pictures, holiday clipart, borders and other creative details to impress your friends and relatives. Please bring a thumb drive with photos if you want to use them or to take your work home with you. This is not a beginner class.
